Ana Blazheva

Ana Blazheva, Ph.D, EAP (European Association for Psychotherapy) and EAGT (European Association for Gestalt Therapy) accredited therapist, licensed by the Chamber of Psychologists of Macedonia and educated in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Works in private practice as part of Psihoterapika – Association for Psychology and Psychotherapy.

She is also a Senior Researcher/ Associate Professor at the Institute for Social Sciences and Humanities – Skopje. She graduated in Psychology, completed a Master’s degree in Sociology and gender, and a Doctorate in cultural studies.

Her interests are in the areas of qualitative research, relations, trauma, marginalized communities and an interdisciplinary approach to emotions and politics.
