Gestalt Institute Sinergija offers three and four-year training programs.
The following programs are available:
Program for Gestalt coaches intended for students who have an education in the field of social sciences (pedagogy, special education, sociology, speech therapists, philosophy, human resources, etc.) with the aim of applying the principles and methods of Gestalt therapy in the field of professional engagement of the student.
It consists of 3-year education with a customized program for each student in coordination with students’ working environment.
The first two years of training are mainly based on educational workshops and personal work of the students through individual and group therapy sessions and also achieving clinical practice or similar experience in students’ working environment.
The final year is generally devoted to developing capacities for coach and besides educational workshops, individual and group therapy sessions include supervision and mentorship by representatives of the Institute.
It is expected the students to graduate by finishing their final exam.

Gestalt therapist – Education for Gestalt psychotherapist is designed for psychologists, specialists in medical psychology, medical doctors and psychiatrists. It consists of 4-year education program based on recommendations defined by the European Association for Gestalt Therapy.
The first two years of training are mainly based on educational workshops and personal work of the students through individual and group therapy sessions.
The final years are generally devoted to developing capacities and skills for therapeutic work and besides educational workshops, individual and group therapy sessions include clinical practice, supervision and mentorship by representatives of the Institute.
It is expected the students to graduate by finishing their final exam.
The international program is delivered in English language as hybrid model.
